Robert Ardrey, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on May 20, 2024, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was born on March 27, 1951, to John Robert Ardrey and Thelma Hairston.

Robert Ardrey married his loving spouse, Deborah M. Ardrey, in the year 31, and together they had two children, Lacrisha Ardery Hudson and Gregory Ardery. He was also a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren.

Robert Ardrey attended Harding High School and graduated in 1969. He continued his studies at Charlotte Mecklenburg, where he honed his skills and knowledge. He went on to work at Charlotte NC Entreprencur and dedicated his time to helping various causes through charitable organizations.

Robert Ardrey is survived by his daughter, Lacrisha Ardery Hudson, his son, Gregory Ardery, and his grandchildren. He is also mourned by his sisters, Carolyn Moore Gwendolyn Thompson, Peggy Ardery Harris, and Rosalind Hairston.

Robert Ardrey will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
