Robert Hugo, 82, of Decatur, Illinois, passed on October 13, 2020. Robert was born on November 11, 1937, returning unto our caring Heavenly Father, and reunite with his parents, brother, and his first loving and devoted espoused wife Oma Jean for all eternity. Surviving is Robert and Oma Jean's one and only beloved firstborn son Timothy Robert Hugo of Bakersfield, California; and one sister Mrs. Mickey Hargis of Decatur, Illinois all of the immediate original Hugo Family, as Families are Forever as was afore ordained in accordance to the Universal Catholic Church governing the family unit, in accordance to the sacrament of marriage, as stated in the sacred Holy Scriptures.
