Robert Earl Carter was Born July 14, 1951 to Caretha and Garrow Carter. He Proceeded to Glory on August 28, 2019 at Slidell Memorial  Hospital in Slidell, La. Robert was a Resident at Trinity Neurologic Rehabilitation Center as A Long Time Tragedy happened in his Life. Robert Carter attended O.W. Dillow In Kentwood, La and was a Member at Terry Creek Baptist Church at an Early age. 

        Robert Carter Leaves his Cherishable Memories  ro his Mother Caretha Carter, Three Sisters; Edna (Lloyd) Cryer of McComb, Ms , Linda (Kevin) Austin of Haywood, Califoria, and Ruby(John)Carter of Kentwood, la. Four Brothers; Bennie Carter, Andy Carter and John Carter all of Covington, La, and Larry (Bridgette) Carter of Independence, La. He also Proceeds  his Grand Daughter Jasmine Carter of Osyka, Ms, Grandson Trey Carter of Kentwood, La. Great Grandchildren  Jasmond and Jakayla Wells, and Lan'Jaye Carter. And A Host of of Nieces,  Nephews, Family and Friends.

    He Proceeded on Death by his Father Garrow Carter, One Daughter Rosa Carter, One Son Robert Earl Carter Jr, and One Brother Donald Carter.
