Rita Day, 58, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away suddenly in a car accident on August 02, 2023 at the age of 58. Rita is the beloved daughter of late Lloyd & Marie Day. Loving spouse to late Gabriel Wright. Loving mother to late Jennifer Martin (Shawn), Lisa Wright (Jim), Laura Peters (Antone).Loving grandmother to 21 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren Loving sister to Elizabeth Day(Jay), Nathan Day (Elena), Tony Day, Amina Day. Cherished by many aunts and uncles. Rita will very missed by her family and friends she was a crafter she loved travelling to different powwows. She was very into her culture and participated and volunteered in many events.
