Ricky Lucero, 64, of Holman passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015, in Holman.He was born on Nov. 8, 1950, to Mary Lucero in Denver.He was a self-employed landscaper and served in the United States Army National Guard.He was preceded in death by his mother: Mary Armijo; grandmother: Cordelia Lucero; and daughter: Cordy Lucero.He is survived by his wife: Rosie Lucero of the family home; daughters: Mary Jo Edwards and husband, Kareem, of Las Vegas, Loretta Lucero and fiance, Jason DeHerrera, of Holman, Victoria Lucero and John Coleman of Holman; four grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Jerry Mondragon and wife, Priscilla, Larry Martinez and wife, Theresa, Connie Torres and husband, Bobby, Isabel Lewis and Gary Flores, all of Santa Fe; and aunt: Sylvia Pacheco of Santa Fe.Rosary services will be held at 7 p.m. today (Wednesday) at St. Gertrude Church in Mora. Funeral Services will be conducted at 9 a.m. on Thursday also at St. Gertrude Church with Father Paul Grala, SOLT as celebrant. Interment will follow at Holman Cemetery in Holman with the following serving as casket bearers: Jerry Mondragon, Larry Martinez, Jerome Mondragon, Raul Arellano, Dino Gonzales and Robert Arguello.
