Rickey Jones, 64, of Madison, Wisconsin, passed on February 04, 2022. Rickey was born on November 28, 1957. As a young man Rickey chose to serve his country proud with the United States Army where he served time in Frankfurt Germany. Rickey was a loving, flamboyant, free spirit who loved life to the fullest. Rickey was a self taught auto mechanic and carpenter for over fourth eight years, and was most proud of being self employed. His greatest attribute was the creation of his son Rickey Leon Jones Jr. who he is survibed by. Rickey is Also survived by five beautiful grandchildren. Rickey was a loving son of Maud Ella and Robert Jones who preceded him in death. The oldest bother of Glenda Fay Jones, Michael Stevenson and Deborah Marie Jones, and Jeffery Allen Jones. Rickey has a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends that loved him dearly. Rickey was bigger than life and was a father figure to many, a best friend to anyone he met. The best uncle a niece or nephew could ever wish for. Rickey has never met a stranger through his journey of life. Although there were some ups and downs along the way Rickey always met life with optimism and a huge smile.
