In 2022, Rick married his beloved spouse, Molly James. Together, they raised two children, Lilly and Micah James.

Lilly and Micah both attended Central High School, where they excelled academically and made their parents proud.

Tragically, Rick James succumbed to a sudden heart attack, leaving behind his loving family and friends.
