Richard Stewart Bailey, 59, passed on September 22, 2022. He was born to Myron "Bill" Dean Bailey and Peggy Ann Bailey in Charleston, South Carolina on January 28, 1963.

Together Richard and Linda Melnick raised two children Kayla Jackson (Morgan Jackson) and Richard D. Bailey. He is also survived by one grandchild, Abel. In addition, Richard is survived by his sisters Patti Bailey-Verhine, Barbara Bailey Gregory, and Cynthia Bailey Ellis. 

Richard worked as a master electrician and was passionate about fixing things and helping people.

Richard served his country in the United States Air Force.

A graveside service in memory of Richard will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery at 1pm on Wednesday, October 5th.
