Richard K. "Richie" Stachura, 51, of Endicott, N.Y., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 7, 2014, at Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton, N.Y. He was born on September 30, 1963 in Montrose. He was predeceased by his father, Stephen S. Stachura; niece, Stacie Lee Ellis; and grandparents, Bob and Louise Becker. He is survived by his mother and friend, Marlene Stachura and Bob MacGeorge, Conklin, N.Y.; sisters, Louise and Jeff Sammon, Hallstead; and Barbara Blewett, Endwell, N.Y.; cousin, Jim Barber, Friendsville; godmother, Linda Pavlica, Hemlock Creek; and nieces and nephews.A Celebration of Richie's life was held on Monday, December 8, 2014, at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home, Montrose.
