Richard Michael Dennis, 75, passed on August 24, 2020. He was born to Cumberland Dennis and Nannie Bell in South Hill, Virginia on May 28, 1945.

He was married to Emma Dennis for 48 years and they lived together in Decatur, Georgia. Together they raised 1 child, Adrienne Dennis . He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Richard graduated from South Hill High School .

Richard served his country for 9 years in the Army. He deployed 1 time during the Vietnam war.
