Richard passed away on Monday, Sept 18, 2017 at his residence. He was born on Oct 01, 1932 in Pikeville, KY to Rosevelt and Ellen Ramsey. He was a member of 1st Assembly of God and is a retired Veteran of the United States Army with 27years 9 months of service.
