Richard Rush, beloved father, and grandfather, passed away on January 22, 2025 in The Colony, Texas at the age of 75. He was born on June 16, 1949 to his parents Jimmy and Mama Joe.
Richard is survived by his two children, Matthew (spouse Salina) and Eric (spouse Jodi), as well as his five adoring grandchildren, Nova, Jaiden, Naivia, Zack and Lucy. He was a dedicated family man who always put his loved ones first.
In his free time, Richard could often be found watching basketball, cheering on his favorite teams with passion. He had a contagious enthusiasm for the sport that he loved to share with those around him.
Richard will be remembered for his warm smile, his kind heart, and his unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
