Richard served in the U.S Army and was a respected member of his community. He leaves behind one daughter, Regina Fulkerson of Gallon Ohio, one son, Jeremy Fulkerson and wife Angela Fulkerson of Roanoke va, along with 4 grandchildren. Richard was the late son oh Off and Emma Fulkerson of Manchester, Ohio.
