Richard "R.J." Beltoya 1991 - 2016 Richard "R.J." Beltoya, 24, of Kenosha passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 31, 2016. Richard was born on Dec. 26, 1991, in Kenosha the son of Richard Beltoya Jr. and Tammy Behringer. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha. His hobbies included playing pool and video games, golfing, cheering for the Bears, Bulls and Cubs, and spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Mr. Clark. Survivors include his fiancé, Ashley Jean Kirtright; his father, Richard (Tracy) Beltoya Jr. of Kenosha; grandparents, Jean and Bundy, Helen and Dick, Bonnie and Bob; brothers, Andrew and Jackson Beltoya of Kenosha; his aunt, Mary (Mike); uncles, Tommy (Phyllis), Jeff (Cassie), Scott (Patti); aunt, Terri; uncles, Randy (Theresa), Larry; and cousins, Derek (Heather), Jenna, Jadyn, Rory, Brandon and Stephanie, Michelle, Dana, and Dean; and his dog, Mr. Clark. Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy. Funeral services were private. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
