Richard Bell, beloved son of Carl Bell and Emma Lewis, was born on April 14, 1961 in Monrovia, California. He passed away on July 7, 2025 at the age of 64.

Richard is survived by his two children, Richard Bell Jr. and David Brinagh, as well as three grandchildren. He attended Duarte High School and graduated in 1979.

Richard worked as a Handyman and enjoyed hobbies such as Bowling and listening to music.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
