RICHARD ALLEN WILLIAMS passed away from a heart attack on 12/09/2016 in Menifee, CA. He was born on 12/10/1952 in Pasadena, CA and lived in Perris, CA. Richard is survived by daughter Stacci; son Michael; 4 grandchildren; 3 brothers; and 1 sister. He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Charlotte and his brother David. Richard loved all of his family very much. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, uncle, and brother. May he rest in peace.
