Richard Winter, beloved father, and grandfather, passed away on January 31, 2025, in Crestview, Florida, United States. He was born on July 29, 1961, to Richard Deforrest Winter and Shirley Ann Phillips.

Richard is survived by his four children, Misty, Heather, Trey, and Courtney. He also leaves behind seven adoring grandchildren.

Richard worked at Stebbins and enjoyed spending his free time fishing, camping, and tubing on the river with his family and friends. He was known for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and his love for his family.

Richard Winter will be dearly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
