It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard Agee, who was born on May 9, 1972, and passed away on December 27, 2025. Richard resided in Rockwell, North Carolina, Originally being from Richmond Kentucky, where he touched the lives of many all over.

Richard was the beloved son of Sherman Agee Jr and Della Francis Agee. He shared his life with his partner, Jamie Agee, and together they raised their wonderful daughter Tristan Agee. Richard also loved his wonderful bonus children Trustan Hurt, and Daniel Holtmyer. Richard was surrounded by many loved ones such as his brother, Sherman Agee, Nancy Ross, Mitch Walton and Laura Jackson. They all loved him dearly. Although he’ll be missed, he’s at peace being with his mother and grandmother in heaven.

Richard will be remembered for his kind heart, his unwavering love for his family, and his dedication to those he held dear. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
