On Thursday, December 1, 2022, the Biddle family lost their
larger-than-life hero due to a sudden illness. Richard “Rick” Biddle lived
every day with the goal of impacting the lives around him through kindness and
understanding. He made the lives of people all the better. Rick was born in
Anderson on February 22, 1963. While attending preparatory school he
became interested in devoting his life to service in the United States Army.
Through his deployments and outgoing nature, he made many friends he considered
family.

A private ceremony will be held by family to scatter his
ashes in the Delaware River. To honor the memory of this incredible man, please
contemplate a single word... Hope. Above all, this was the sentiment that Rick
did his best to instill in whomever he met: the hope for a better tomorrow.

Rick is survived by
his son Kila Biddle, Brother Siegfried Biddle, niece Emily Biddle and his loving fiance Jituška Swoboda. There
will be a celebration of Life ceremony date to be determined due to ongoing
pandemics. They ask everyone to look for its announcement early 2023.
