We are saddened to announce the passing of Ricardo Higgins, who was born on August 11, 2002 in Dallas, Texas. He passed away on January 28, 2025 in his hometown of Dallas.

Ricardo was the beloved son of Tyrone Higgins and Tamela Chadwell. He did not have any children of his own, but was a loving son and friend to many.

Ricardo attended South Oakcliff High School and graduated in 2020. He had a passion for basketball and spent many hours on the court perfecting his game. He was known for his quick moves and competitive spirit on the basketball court.

Although Ricardo's time with us was cut short, he will be remembered for his love of basketball, his dedication to his studies, and his kind heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
