Rhonda Parker, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on May 6, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri, at the age of 82.

Rhonda was born on February 3, 1942, to her parents Rick and Shwanda Straker. She married the love of her life, Terry Parker, in the year 20, and they were blessed with three children: Cedric Brewer (spouse Abby Rose), Lawanda Parker, and Antwan Parker.

She studied at East High School and graduated in 1960, before continuing her education at Missouri State University, where she graduated in 1970. Rhonda dedicated many years of her life to working at North Kansas City Hospital before retiring in 2001.

Rhonda was a devout member of the Country Club Christian Church and found great joy in volunteering and helping others.

She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family. Rhonda's passing is deeply mourned by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in Rhonda's memory.
