We are gathered here today to celebrate the life and legacy of Renee Mainor, who was born on January 5, 1959, in Toledo, Ohio. She passed away on October 28, 2024, leaving behind a trail of laughter and love.

Renee was the beloved daughter of George and Mozelle Berry, and the adoring spouse of J.C. Mainor for 42 years. Together, they raised five wonderful children: Lavon, Cedric (married to Jenny Enriquez), Sharita, Raushann, and Tiawanna.

Known as a master in the kitchen, Renee spent her days as a chef before retiring after 8 years. She had a love for the casino and could often be found trying her luck at the slots. Her greatest joy, however, came from cooking for her "lil man" (nugget).

Renee also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

As we say farewell to Renee, let us remember her infectious laughter, her delicious cooking, and her unwavering love for her family. Rest in peace, Renee Mainor, you will be deeply missed.
