Payette, Regina E. (Bowen)Regina E. (Bowen) Payette, 75, of Richmond, VA, was called home on Thursday, April 20th. Regina (Jean) was born on October 9, 1941 in Binghamton, NY and graduated from St. Patrick's Academy in 1959. She went on to earn her RN from Orange County Community College, and worked as a nurse for several years. She was married on February 3, 1968 to George (Bud) Payette and they lived in Syracuse, NY. Jean was lovely, kindhearted, and never met a stranger. She truly lived a beautiful life and cared so much for those around her. Jean was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Beatrice (Maloney) Bowen; two special aunts who lived with her during her growing up years, Kay and Margaret Maloney; and the love of her life, her husband, George Payette, who died in 1990.Jean is survived by her sister Judith (John) Bianco; her three children, Laura (Peter) Catalano, Arthur (Alexis) Payette, and Christine (Kristofor) Redinger;, her grandchildren, Jonah and Micah Catalano, and Julia, Caroline, Ella, and Daisy Redinger; several special nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held in the summer in Syracuse, NY. Donations can be made to the of Syracuse, 6725 Lyons St. East Syracuse, NY.
