Refugio Lira-zaragoza, 80, of Sioux City, Iowa, passed on April 29, 2023. Refugio was born on September 10, 1942.His memory will be kept alive by his adoring wife, Maria Zaragoza children Anthony lira, Victor lira sr, Nelson lira his brother, and Christopher lira.

Refugio will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him. refugio leaves behind his grand children and many more loved ones.
