Refugio was a loving parent to two children, Angel Quinones and David Quinones.
Throughout their life, Refugio was known for their kind heart and generous spirit. They always put their family first and worked hard to provide for their loved ones.
Tragically, Refugio lost their battle with liver cancer, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew them.
While their physical presence may be gone, Refugio's memory will live on in the hearts and minds of those who were fortunate enough to have known them.
