Reese Laws of Marion passed away on June 20, 2018, at Mission Hospital. He was the son of the late Doris An Eugene Laws of Green Mountain. He was preceded in death by a brother Doc Laws and a daughter Melissa Edwards. Left to cherish the memories are his daughters Patricia Harmon of Spruce Pine Tammy Laws of Double Island and Angie Woody of Green Mountain. Grandsons Ethan McKinney and daughter Tatem of Spruce Pine and Justin Wilson and daughter Briley of Burnsville. Granddaughters Candice Woody of Spruce Pine An daughters Alyssa and Shelby and Son Jack. He was self-employed for 30 years and will be remembered for his giving heart and sense of humor.

The Family will receive friends on Friday, June 22, 2018, from 7 pm till 10 pm with the service on June 23, 2018, at 11 am.
