Raya Stahlman, 71, of Oil City, Pennsylvania, United States, passed Friday, December 06, 2019. Raya was born April 12, 1948. Died peacefully at her home.

Raya enjoyed reading books, playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by Two children

4 grandchildren

Zachary Dolby, Jeffrey Dolby, Melissa Dolby

and Joshua Dolby.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Raya wishes to spend eternity among her family, so her ashes will be kept with family.
