Ray "Lee" McElwaney, 57, passed on Sunday, March 19, 2023. He was born to the late Ray Thomas and Eloise McElwaney of Tyrone, Georgia on July 21, 1965 . Lee grew up racing dirt track with his father and continued racing as an adult. He was very passionate about the sport. Lee is survived by his loving wife Patricia McElwaney, his two sons Mitchell and Steven McElwaney (Lauren), daughter Lori McElwaney . Step children Tracy Dunn, Cindy Dunn, David Dunn (Holly),and Brittany Redriguez(Luis). Grandchildren Calvin, Logan, Weslynn, Jenna,Cami, Cash, Cam, Brentley, Raylea, Damion, Carla, Landon, Alex, Bella, Paisley,and Prelsey. Sisters Lela Bearden(David) and Lisa Speegle. He was proceeded in death by his parents Ray and Eloise McElwaney, his son Corby McElwaney, and Uncle James Roy.
