Born on September 26, 2008, in the vibrant city of Detroit, Michigan, Rashawn's light shone brightly until his untimely passing on April 12, 2023. He was the beloved son of Cortez Miller and Jamie Carters, who nurtured and supported him throughout his life.Rashawn's infectious energy and zest for life made him a beloved figure in his community. His warm smile and kind heart touched the lives of all those who had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. Rashawn's partner, Sadity Mendales, held a special place in his heart, and their love brought joy to both of their lives.Although Rashawn did not have any children of his own, he cherished the relationships he built with his extended family and close friends. His charisma and compassionate nature knew no bounds.Rashawn's dedication to education led him to Cass Tech High School, where he embraced countless learning opportunities and formed lifelong friendships. He approached every day with enthusiasm, inspiring those around him to strive for greatness.Not only was Rashawn a model student, but he was also a valued member of the Burger King team, where his ability to spread positivity and make customers feel welcome quickly became his trademark. Rashawn's innate desire to help others extended beyond his workplace, as he devoted his spare time to supporting cancer organizations. His selflessness and altruism touched the lives of countless individuals fighting against this devastating disease.It is with heavy hearts that we must bid farewell to Rashawn, but his memory will forever live on in our hearts and minds.
