Raquel Monique Joseph, a native and resident of New Orleans, LA, was born on July 8, 1968 and entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at the age of 56. Beloved daughter of Linda Joseph and Morris Washington. Sister of Lakesha Joseph. Granddaughter of the late Hazel Russell and Louis Joseph Sr., Goddaughter of Marva Jean Evans. Also survived by a host of family and friends. Raquel graduated from Mc Donough 35 High School and Xavier University in New Orleans, LA where she made many friends and acquaintances. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral mass at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 3368 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, LA., on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00am. The visitation will begin at 9:00am. Internment: will follow at St. Louis Cemetery No. 3.
