Raquan Hunter, 19, of Hampton, Virginia, passed on November 22, 2022. Raquan was born on February 14, 2003 to Angela Hunter and Monte' Windley. He graduated from Salem High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Raquan, affectionately known as "Bubba", was a devoted son, brother, and friend. He was a hard worker and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. His laugh was infectious and his smile lit up the room when he walked in. To know him was to love him.
Raquan leaves to cherish his memories both beloved parents, Angela Hunter and Monte' Windley; step father, Jamar Humphre; two sisters, Quenaysia Hunter and Janaiya Humphrey; one brother, Jalen Humphrey; BFF, James Reed and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
