He loved betting on his Seattle Seahawks. He loved watching western movies and his favorite actor was John Wayne. He had a great love for his wife Roxy and she was his whole world.He is survived by his children: Brian Hawes of Henderson, NV, Kelly Hawes of No. Carolina, Jack Hawes of No. Carolina, Shelly Ross of Ohio, Cory Scheppmann of Pennsylvania and Randilee Love of Henderson, NV, his brothers, Rick, Rory, Raymond and Russell Hawes, and his twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife; Roxy Lee Hawes, Mother; Geneva Hawes, Father, Richard Hawes, and his sister; Judy Woodard.There will be a Graveside service at the Mesquite City Cemetery in Mesquite, NV, on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to the Lung .
