Rahmeer, born on October 6, 2001, was a beloved son of Fred Jackson and Collett Scott. He had no children of his own but shared his life with his partner, Sabrina.

Rahmeer was a graduate of Upper Darby High School, class of 2019. He was known for his love of playing basketball and cards, always bringing a competitive spirit and a big smile to every game.

Despite his young age, Rahmeer lived life to the fullest and brought joy and laughter to all those around him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
