Raana was born on May 18, 1982, In Cleveland, Ohio, to the proud parents of Elsie and James Hines. Raana was the baby of the family out of four children born to that union, James Johnson, Derek Johnson, And Bilqis Hines. Raana loved to swim and sing. She obtained her lifeguard Certification and was a lifeguard from the age of 16 to 20 years old. She graduated from Collinwood High School and then furthered her education by enrolling in STNA classes. Raana loved to work and wanted to sing but wasn't able to do those things and more because of her illness (Kidney Disease). She never had kids of her own but she raised her nephew and niece (Jaeland & Jaiila Holmes) as her own and she cherished her pets Bear & Missy. Raana Hines was 40 almost 41 before she lost the battle with her kidney disease and passed away while she was gone in Tennessee, Illinois, Ohio.
