Queen Powell, of Boston, Massachusetts, passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 80. She was born on May 6, 1943, to Larry and Janet Powell.

Queen was married to Bernard Powell for 48 years and together they raised four children: Danny Powell, Donald Powell Sr., Jasmine Powell, and Loraine Smith. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.

Queen was a devoted member of the community and dedicated much of her time to helping others through her work with the YMCA organization. She had a passion for sewing and spent many hours creating beautiful pieces for her loved ones.

Queen will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
