Terpenning, PhyllisPhyllis Terpenning, age 97, passed away on February 6, 2017 at Elizabeth Church Manor on Front St. Phyllis was born on February 20, 1919 in Deposit, NY to Paul and Bernadine Page. She was predeceased by her husband Percy Terpenning and sister Carol McMurray. She was survived by sisters; Janet Litts and Joan Page, nephews; Steve (Joyce), Mike (Cindy) McMurray and Terry Litts. Phyllis worked at Triple A Auto Club for many years as well as Universal Instruments. A Family service will be held at a later date at Glenwood Cemetery, Oneonta, NY.
