Morris, Phillip Scott 73, retired over-the-road truck driver, passed away Friday, September 9, 2016, after a lengthy illness. Mr. Morris was born on October 7, 1942 in Watertown, NY, and graduated from Canton High School, Canton, NY in 1960. He was a Vietnam veteran in the U. S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Survivors include his wife, Jill; daughter, Paula Wentz of Jefferson, GA; granddaughter, Jennifer Wagner of Atlanta, GA; step-daughter, Lisa Carrrington, of Wellington, KS; sister, Alice Poole of Englewood, FL; four step-grandchildren, Kaitlin Dansereau, Courtney Hayden, Caleb Carrington, Chloe Carrington; two step-great-grandchildren, Cole Griffith, Riley Hubbard. Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary, 201 S. Hydraulic, Wichita, KS.
