Phillip died on April 3rd, 2014 of a heart attack in his sleep. His second wife insisted he be burried without an autopsy, even though he died at 49, and had him cremated, even though family wanted him burried by his mother's plot.

His second wife went on the marry his "best friend" a little over a year later.

She refuses to discuss this with his daugther and hides comments on his original obit.
