Phillip was known for his infectious laughter and corny jokes. He was the life of the party and always had a smile on his face. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and never missed an opportunity for a good game of cards or a round of golf.

Phillip had a passion for collecting hats, which he proudly displayed in his home. He had a hat for every occasion and never left the house hatless.

He was also an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, and could often be found cheering them on at Wrigley Field. He was convinced that each year would be their year, even when the odds were against them.

Phillip will be missed dearly by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, three children, and six grandchildren.
