Phillip Chandler, born on September 10, 1940, in Rome, Georgia, United States, passed away on February 23, 2025. He is survived by his three children: Brian Holcombe and spouse Tammy Holcombe, Brad Chandler and spouse Amanda Chandler, and Keisha Chandler.

Phillip was a devoted father and grandfather, with eight grandchildren Ashley Fowler, Brittany Wheeler, Austin Holcombe, Destiny Emory, Derrick Emory, Kingston Oharra, Isaiah Chandler who meant the world to him. And many great grandchildren.

Throughout his life, Phillip enjoyed hobbies such as hunting and fishing, spending countless hours in nature pursuing his passions.
