Garrison, Philip BREWERTON, N.Y. Philip A. Garrison, 57, of Brewerton passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016, in his home. Philip was born on August 24, 1959, the son of Richard and Jane Garrison. Phil enjoyed his many trips to the Caribbean, and enjoyed being out on his boat and fishing. He was predeceased by his parents; and his brother and sister-in-law, David and Sandy Garrison. Philip is survived by his wife, Donna; sons, John (Tina) Dingman Jr., Joe (Heather) Dingman; grandchild, Joshua; and his siblings, Daniel (Janice) Garrison, Linda (Tom) Reynolds, Timothy (Kathy) Garrison, Brenda (Gee) Outing and Richard (Elaine) Garrison Jr. Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
