Penter Thomas Fleming, 82, passed on June 07, 2022. He was born to Gerald Fleming and Martha Fleming in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina on March 09, 1940.

He married Pearl Fleming and they lived together in Washington, Washington, D.C.. Together they raised 3 children Penter jr, Jesse (Kathleen), Queen (Karl). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.

Penter graduated from Roanoke Rapids High School.

Penter worked at Home improvement until he retired in 2002 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
