Peggie J. HayesZANESVILLE: Peggie J. Hayes, 82, of Zanesville, passed away at 1:45 a.m. Fri. Mar. 10, 2017 at The Oaks at Bethesda. She was born on May 14, 1934 in Wilbur, KY, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary (Swetnam) Hayes. She was retired from First National Bank where she worked for 40+ years. She loved to travel. She was a former member and Sunday School teacher at South Zanesville United Methodist Church and was a current member of Coburn United Methodist Church.She is survived by one brother George (Sandy) Hayes. Three nieces Barbie (Kim) Hambel, Rebecca (Tom) Smith, and Melissa (Chris) Mathews. Ten great nieces and nephews Alec, Ashton, and Ayden Shook, Kylie and Kade Hambel, Madison and Logan Smith, Brandon, Graham, and Mallory Mathews.Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon on Tue.
