Pearlie Fripp, of Allendale, South Carolina, passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 92. She was born on April 5, 1933, to Buster Clark and Francis Outing.

In 1955, Pearlie married Ezekiel Fripp, with whom she had four children: Thomas Clark, Arthur Outing (spouse: Francis Outing), Delores Singleton (spouse: Leroy Singleton), and Betty Smith (spouse: Glenn Smith). Pearlie was a loving and devoted mother to her children.

She leaves behind eight grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Pearlie attended Hampton High School and graduated in 1952. She was a dedicated student and excelled in her studies.

Pearlie was known for her kind and gentle nature, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
