We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Pearl Jackson, who was born on May 10, 1954, and peacefully left this world on October 31, 2024, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States.

Pearl was born to her loving parents Alvin Lindsey and Elizabeth Jackson. She was married to her beloved spouse Tommy Jenkins for 50 years and together they had one cherished child, Tomeika Jackson.

Pearl attended Langley High School and graduated in 1969. She went on to work at the Board of Education and dedicated herself to her career until her retirement in 2019.

Outside of her professional life, Pearl had a number of passions and hobbies. She loved listening to music, throwing parties, spending time with her family, and shopping.

Pearl was also a proud grandmother to four grandchildren, whose lives she touched with her love and warmth.

Unfortunately, Pearl passed away due to complications from a stroke. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and her memory will forever live on in our hearts.
