Pauline Pruitt died on 27 February 2017 in Las Cruces, New Mexico at the age of 71.Pauline is survived by her husband, Lee; daughter, April; grandsons, Dillan, Ethan and Roman; her sister Lois; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Athon and Lucile Brown of Utah, and sisters, Athleen Godfrey of Utah and Lillian Williams of Virginia.Pauline was born on August 11, 1945 in Ogden, Utah to Athon and Lucile Brown. She graduated from Clearfield High School in May 1963. She went on to graduate from The Hannah Harrison School of Nursing in September 1966. Pauline married Lee in August 1985. In 1988, the couple welcomed a baby girl, April into their home. April remembers her as a kind-hearted mother.Pauline was accomplished at quilting and you could often catch her in her quilting room for hours on end. She was a generous individual who loved cooking and who was passionate about her family. A funeral mass is scheduled for 8:15 am on Monday, March 13th at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cathedral, with a columbarium celebration to follow. Father Bill McCann will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Pauline's life.
