Pauline E. FowlerZANESVILLE: Pauline E. Fowler, 87, formerly of Meadowbrook Drive, Zanesville, died at 1:25 a.m. Monday, January 27, 2014 at The Helen Purcell Home where she had spent the past several months.She was born on October 2, 1926 in Zanesville. She graduated from Lash High School. Pauline previously worked at Ideal Art Studio where she received several awards. She was a master seamstress who designed her own wedding gown as well as the bridesmaide's gowns. Pauline also made window treatments for many beautiful homes in Zanesville. She was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church. Pauline married William G. Fowler in 1950 and they spent 47 years together until he preceded her in death on February 8, 1997.Pauline is survived by one son, Michael (Connie) Fowler and one granddaughter, Lauren Fowler all of Cambridge; two sisters, Irene Morrison of Apple Valley, MN and Roberta Launder of Zanesville; two brothers, Forest (Cecelia) Guss of Zanesville and Donald (Carolyn) Guss of Dublin; one sister-in-law, Fritz Guss of Hilliard; many nieces and nephews.In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Robert D. Guss, Sr. and Alaine Lemert Guss, one brother, Robert D.
