Paul Roy "Flaco" Garcia, 49, of Hitchcock, Texas passed May 17, 2021. He was born October 2, 1971 in Galveston, Texas to Flerida Garcia.He leaves as his legacy 8 children:

He was excited to meet his soon to be born granddaughter, Ja'Liyah (June 2021), daughter of Alexius.

Paul is preceded in death by his mother, Flerida, grandparents, Pablo Barras Garcia and Petra Cantu and his great-grandparents, Atanacio Garcia and Leonor Barrasa.

Paul leaves behind his aunt, Delia Garcia Smart , and extended family and friends throughout the community.
