ORLAND — Paul A. Northup, 52, of Orland, Indiana, died Friday, May 20, 2016, in Danville, Illinois. Mr. Northup was born on July 25, 1963, in Angola, Indiana, to Paul E. and Patricia Ann (Stoy) Northup. Living most of his life in Steuben County, he was 1981 graduate of Prairie Heights High School in LaGrange, Indiana. Paul enjoyed watching and was a big fan of NASCAR. He currently worked for S & S Canopy in Waterloo, Indiana, where he installed canopies. He had also worked for Madsen Wire in Orland, Indiana, and at Coachmen. Surviving are a daughter and her fiance, Tiffany Northup and Cory Sorg of Columbia City, Indiana; a son, Austin Northup of Orland, Indiana; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Suzanne and James Baker of Orland, Indiana, and Kimberly Handshoe of Sturgis, Michigan; and a sister-in-law, Gwen Northup of Mottville, Michigan. Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, Craig Northup on Aug. 7, 2015. Funeral services will take place on Friday, May 27, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange, Indiana, with Pastor Jeff Carlisle officiating. Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 26, 2016, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
