Paul Michael Downs. age 83 of Sarasota, FL passed on Saturday July 20 2024. He was born in Vilonia, AR August 29 1940 to the late Paul and Rozelle Simpson Downs. Paul managed a cattle ranch for many years near Hardy AR. Survives include wife Vickie Downs of Sarasota, FL, son Todd Downs and wife Deanna of DeLeon Tx, and John Fay of Sarasota FL. Grand children Jordan and Madison Downs of DeLeon, Tx and Ryker Fay Sarasota, Fl. He was proceeded in death by his parents and sisters Kathryn Downs, Carol Sharp, Elizabeth Jolly.
